Villa de Varda

Based in Trentino, northern Italy, and run by the Dolzan family, Villa de Varda have been producing grappa and traditional Italian spirits since 1678. The Spärrows’ own roots run deep in the region, and Villa de Varda is a producer we have known and trusted for many years.

The De Varda Method is more than a production system, it is a working philosophy. A set of rules and procedures that guide each operation to enhance the grape’s most noble part, its skin.
