Summer 's Kitchen at 21 red Bank Menu 



- Our speciality are  spätzle - humble and comforting noodle like pasta of Schwabian / German orgin.  

- Recipes are our own take on traditional flavours of Central Eutrope

and with a respect to many German, Italain and Polish grandmothers. 

 - Our menu changes regularly with the seasonality of the produce we use.

  -  All dishes are prepared and cooked at The Sparrows kitchen by our amazing Team 

- All pasta are fresh, hand made and served  90g and 110g per portion. 

 - Our front of House Team are always happy to explain the menu in more detail, 

suggest quantity and order of the dishes with your best experience in heart. 

- You are always welcome to add on more food as you feel your apptite is greater

than our standard reccomendation. 

 - Our pricing is moderate and based on a good quality used ingreedints

as well as  time and hard work of our  chefs,

Our wine menu represents  some one of the best wine makers of Central Europe with a particular  highlight on indeginious grape warieties. 

Beside standard 175 ml serving we are happy to offer 125 ml 

Often we can offer by the glass other winesrather than stated on the menu - always worth asking . 

We serve alcohol to only  18+ year old and frequently ask for an  ID as a proof of age. 


Our spirits menu is a selction of rare and unique spirits of Switzerland, Germany and Austria.
