Our speciality is spätzle - a humble and comforting noodle like pasta of Schwabian / German origin. Recipes are our own take on the traditional flavours of Central Europe and with a respect to many German, Italain and Polish grandmothers.
Our menu changes regularly with the seasonality of the produce we use. All dishes are prepared and cooked at The Spärrows kitchen by our amazing team. Our pasta is fresh, hand made and served in 100g and 110g portions. Our pricing is moderate and based on a good quality ingredients, as well as the time and hard work of our chefs.
Our front of House Team are always happy to explain the menu in more detail, and suggest quantity and order of the dishes with your best experience in heart. You are always welcome to add on more food when you feel your apptite is greater
than our standard reccomendation.
Our wine menu represents some of the best winemakers of Central Europe, with a particular focus on indigenous grape varieties. In addition to the standard 175 ml serving, we are happy to offer a 125 ml pour upon request.
Other wines, beyond those listed on the menu, may also be available by the glass — it’s always worth asking!
We serve alcohol only to guests aged 18 and over and may ask for valid ID as proof of age. Please do not be offended if service is refused; alcohol-free options are always available.
Our Spirits Menu features a focused selection of spirits from Central Europe, alongside a small, considered range of sake. Each option is chosen to pair well with our food or to be enjoyed on its own.
