Virgin oak finished in virgin red spruce with lots of nutmeg, freshly cut wood, nuts, vanilla with a tendency to toffee.
In the mouth the spices return, in a complex that becomes more balsamic where resin and woodland evocations return, with incursions of coffee, liquorice and chocolate.
