Amaro

Amaro is a traditional Italian herbal spirit made by infusing different combinations of roots, herbs, citrus peel and spices. Amaro recipes are often steeped in secrecy and, as such, each one reflects the place and producer behind it. Bitter, warming, and complex, these are spirits traditionally enjoyed at the end of a meal.
